Beech Hill is a new boutique student accommodation block in Exeter. Working together with Study Inn and Dako Construction work has started on this new project.  The site includes a gym, games room and steam room and is located on Walnut Gardens opening September 2021.

STRONGMANS YARD

Project Overview;

Located on the site of the old Falmouth Coach Works large refurbishment of student housing scheme. The flats are made up of three and four bedrooms as well as single occupancy studios. The accommodation is split over three blocks with a total of 134 bedrooms. The ranges of the accommodation are from two to six storeys in height and this compliments the area that is in a quarry.
