Beech Hill is a new boutique student accommodation block in Exeter. Working together with Study Inn and Dako Construction work has started on this new project. The site includes a gym, games room and steam room and is located on Walnut Gardens opening September 2021.
City Arcade is a new 64 bedroom student accommodation block in Exeter, MEP are undertaking the design and installation of Mechanical & Electrical Services.
Located on the site of the old Falmouth Coach Works large refurbishment of student housing scheme. The flats are made up of three and four bedrooms as well as single occupancy studios. The accommodation is split over three blocks with a total of 134 bedrooms. The ranges of the accommodation are from two to six storeys in height and this compliments the area that is in a quarry.
Ocean Bowl adjacent to Falmouth docks railway station is a 190 bed student complex. The is constructed of 5 blocks including study room, reception. Complete with a gym.
Despite extremely muddy conditions, building works at Yealmpstone Farm Primary School are now well underway with the substructure in place and ready for the main ground floor slab.

North Prospect Phase 5 is 143 homes including 46 affordable rent, 31 shared ownership, 66 private sale. MEP Systems works included the M & E Services to 33 new apartments in a 4 storey block.
